第一次做開(kāi)關(guān)電源,參考劉勝利老師的《現(xiàn)代高頻開(kāi)關(guān)電源實(shí)用技術(shù)》中500W做的,現(xiàn)在出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題是:
1、空載和輕負(fù)載情況下功率變壓器均發(fā)熱厲害,兩分鐘就燙手了.
2、用調(diào)壓器慢慢升高輸入電壓,當(dāng)輸出到了穩(wěn)壓值時(shí)波形抖動(dòng),繼續(xù)升高輸入電壓燒功率管,且有幾次同時(shí)燒掉了輸出整流二極管.
郁悶了1周多了,急啊.在線等,望高手指點(diǎn)啊.
求助 KA3525A控制的半橋電源有問(wèn)題,有圖和測(cè)試波形

你的電路真的很復(fù)雜,我們做的兩千瓦的電源也沒(méi)這么復(fù)雜,電路圖我一時(shí)看不過(guò)來(lái),可以粗略的介紹一下嗎?我用的是SG3525A,
這個(gè)電源主要是用做對(duì)鉛酸電池充電的,主功率變壓器的另一組輸出為風(fēng)扇供電,top223y做的輔助電源+18V為3525供電和過(guò)流保護(hù)電路供電,+12V和-5V為其它的檢測(cè)和控制用的,不能共地,所以地也有好幾個(gè),看起來(lái)有點(diǎn)復(fù)雜.還有一部分電路僅是靠這個(gè)電源供電,所以我沒(méi)發(fā)上來(lái).
