我認(rèn)為不可以轉(zhuǎn)了,畢竟它們的一些測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)還是有所差別的了!CE/EMC和C-TICK一起做并不矛盾,值得注意的是可以做C-TICK的實(shí)驗(yàn)室應(yīng)是具有美國(guó)A2LA等級(jí)的EMC實(shí)驗(yàn)室出具的測(cè)試報(bào)告到澳洲才有效.

C-Tick完全接受認(rèn)可實(shí)驗(yàn)室的EMC報(bào)告和證書!當(dāng)然差異性測(cè)試是免不了的.

不能誤導(dǎo)人啊!能最大限度的幫到客戶就好!在上海很多實(shí)驗(yàn)室都有這樣做過(guò)!二者有很多相同的地方.有空可以交流一下.WEPE_123@163.com

但C-tick要有美國(guó)A2LA或NVLAP授權(quán)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室才可以申請(qǐng),若沒(méi)有此授權(quán)則發(fā)行的報(bào)告是無(wú)效的~

比較正式的說(shuō)法是 : ACMA/ACA 接受的測(cè)試報(bào)告必需是 NATA, IANZ 認(rèn)可/互認(rèn)的 EMC 實(shí)驗(yàn)室所完成者. 而 NVLAP/A2LA 只是在該認(rèn)證體系下的 "一員

There are a number of companies that have been accredited by the National Association of Testing
Authorities (NATA) in Australia and International Accreditation New Zealand (IANZ), for various EMC
standards. Contact details for the accredited test laboratories are available from the NATA website
(www.nata.asn.au) or the IANZ website (www.ianz.govt.nz).
The ACA and RSM will use NATA or IANZ accredited testing as the benchmark and,in the event of
product conformity being called into question,the ACA and RSM will accept NATA or IANZ test data
as final in any determination of whether the product complies.

你要做C-Tick必須要有一個(gè)當(dāng)?shù)氐拇砩滩趴梢匀ド暾?qǐng).

就是我是生產(chǎn)的,找一個(gè)替我賣東西的人是不是?我出錢?

在產(chǎn)品上標(biāo)示 C-Tick Mark 必須填寫 :

一. Application to use the C-Tick mark  (rf10.pdf). /申請(qǐng)使用 C-Tick/

簽署人必須是 Australian/New Zealand 的註冊(cè)公司, 一般會(huì)有注冊(cè)號(hào)碼 :
  1. Australian company number (ACN),
  2. Australian registered body number (ARBN),
  3. Australian business number (ABN),
  4. New Zealand company number (NZCN),
  5. New Zealand GST number


二. Supplier's Declaration of Conformity (rf3.pdf). /每一產(chǎn)品的宣告/.

這邊所提代理商, 就是指具資格填寫 rf10 的當(dāng)?shù)毓? 再為廠商產(chǎn)品作 c-Tick 宣告.

而一般安規(guī)實(shí)驗(yàn)室代為介紹 "代理人" 只是協(xié)辦 c-Tick 宣告.

在實(shí)際商務(wù)運(yùn)作, 應(yīng)該是進(jìn)口銷售產(chǎn)品者直接去宣告.

如果貴公司產(chǎn)品要賣到澳洲, 而買方居然連 C-Tick 宣告都無(wú)法/不願(yuàn)意進(jìn)行. 那商務(wù)運(yùn)作的可行性...... 就有待確認(rèn)了.
