鐵硅產(chǎn)品介紹

創(chuàng)新磁電能夠生產(chǎn)二大類鐵硅材料，一類材料名稱為FS-Flux，第二類材料名稱為A-Flux。鐵硅材料具有較低的損耗，優(yōu)異的直流特性，主要應用于有源電力濾波器，大功率UPS電源，太陽光伏及風力發(fā)電逆變器，混合電力汽車動力系統(tǒng)，及電梯中儲能電感。

鐵硅(FS-Flux)磁粉芯  是近幾年才出現(xiàn)的一種新型材料，它有高的飽和磁化強度和優(yōu)異的直流疊加特性。其直流疊加特性與鐵鎳磁粉芯相近，功率損耗略高于鐵鎳磁粉芯；直流疊加特性優(yōu)于鐵硅鋁磁粉芯，功率損耗高于鐵硅鋁磁粉芯；功率損耗明顯優(yōu)于普通的鐵粉芯。

A-Flux磁粉芯也是一種鐵硅材料，與FS-Flux相比，它直流迭加特性略差，損耗略高，但是價格比FS-Flux材料低，具有良好的性價比。使用者可以根據(jù)電路及成本要求從二種材料中進行選擇。具體指標在后面有詳細的說明。

CX produces two types of Fe-Si powder cores including FS-Flux and A-Flux powder core. They are mainly used in high frequency power inductors, filters, chokes and power supply components. Each kinds of core have special characteristic, their differences and properties will be described in the following.

FS-Flux core is a kind of new powder core material in recent years for replacing Hi-Flux core, which has high saturation magnetization and excellent DC bias comparable to that of Hi-Flux core. Its core loss is a little higher than that of Hi-Flux core. Its DC bias property is significantly better than that of Super-SenDust core and core loss is about 2~3 times bigger than that of Super-SenDust core.

Ha-flux core is a kind of Fe-Si material too. Compared to FS-Flux, its DC bias is a little worse than that of FS-flux, and loss is about 2 times higher than that of FS-Flux, but its price is lower than that of FS-Flux core. Ha-flux core has better performance to cost ratio. Designer can choose between FS-flux and Ha-Flux core according to their needs.
