Chief Engineer of Engineering

Our company is now seaching a chief engineer of engineering .The position will have to report to VP/MD in American HQ ,leading 9 engineers in the depatment.The salary range is :550k/year (after tax)

JD is as follow:
1.Bachelor EE minimum,master EE preferred
2.Minin 8years SPS design experience
3.Familiar with SPS design process,standard and criterions
4.Knowledge of power/magnetic/analog/digital/software design for SPS
5.Know UL safety compliance
6.Knowledge of low cost/high quality component vendors and parts
7.Knowledge of high mix and high volume manufacturing technique
8.Elcellent oral and writing English
