關(guān)于電源的溫度保護(hù)的問題.
現(xiàn)在的電源很多芯片本身都帶溫度保護(hù),如PI的TOP或ST的VIPER等.但大多情況,都需要自已做.我以前是用一個(gè)二極管或三極管,利用其自身的溫漂,來做溫度保護(hù).但一致性不好,大家有什么好的方法呢?

價(jià)格力源的公開報(bào)價(jià)是八塊多,別的地方批量能五塊錢拿到吧.
why not use the ICs with built in over temperature protection function. It seems the price is little bit high, but the system cost is much lower since the componenet you guys are talking about is much more than the IC itself. Why do you save 1 cent on the IC and spend 1 dollar on the compoenets to design for the function the other ICs alraedy built in?
