朱先生你好,可以貼個(gè)線路原理圖看看嗎,如果做60W或者80W效率如何?

原理圖基本上同前面一樣的,只是改用了平面變壓器.改用平面變壓器是因?yàn)橐郧暗?個(gè)變壓器一致性不好搞,現(xiàn)在變壓器確定了,而且它的一致性好控制,此電源變得就很簡單了.

我們只推薦做60W以下的產(chǎn)品,太大了不好搞.如輸出電壓達(dá)到36V左右,60W效率應(yīng)有88%左右吧!

朱工你好,你的LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電源做的不錯(cuò),能否把電路原理圖發(fā)上來?還有PFC是多少?你的儀器小弟不會(huì)看,呵呵.現(xiàn)在客人要求PFC要大于0.95,必須達(dá)到的.
你這塊板子量產(chǎn)后成本多少?(1W套)

功率因數(shù)肯定沒問題,上面都有的,最低有0.97左右.應(yīng)用圖還沒來得及整理,PCB板已放在上面了.
15W以下,輸出成本可能需要20元左右.

tyjb這電源花了一個(gè)鐘的時(shí)間就給破解了,看來打磨ic和二極管不是很好的辦法.

隔離13W輸出的電源,效率能達(dá)到83%左右,已經(jīng)很不錯(cuò)了,功率因數(shù),諧波什么的都算不錯(cuò).但就是不知搞浪涌性能怎樣,現(xiàn)在LED驅(qū)動(dòng)的浪涌抑制是一個(gè)難點(diǎn),綜合起來說,這款隔離電源不錯(cuò),算是高端產(chǎn)品,但價(jià)格可能不便宜.
