請(qǐng)問電解的損耗角正切值代表什么性能.比如說正常的2.2μF400V 5000小時(shí)一般廠家定義的為0.10,有的定義為0.20.是隨機(jī)定義的么?一般的測(cè)試不超過0.08,為什么標(biāo)的如此高.
電解耐久實(shí)驗(yàn)的測(cè)試條件不一樣,一種為105度,施加額定電壓及額定紋波電流5000H .一種是105度,施加最大紋波電流及額定電壓,然后回復(fù)常溫條件測(cè)試.假設(shè)兩種產(chǎn)品的容量變化,損耗角正切,漏電流一樣.是不是試驗(yàn)過程中施加最大紋波電流的產(chǎn)品性能更可靠.
另:漏電流代表什么參數(shù)性能.
一般的電解電容都是采用100HZ或者120HZ測(cè)試的容量和損耗.為什么大多數(shù)公司的樣本上都是120HZ,不同頻率會(huì)有什么影響.

不同的生產(chǎn)廠家其LC可能會(huì)不一樣的計(jì)算.(其SPEC上一定會(huì)標(biāo)示出來的,可參考供應(yīng)商的規(guī)格書)
一般的其計(jì)算公式如下:
Leakage current(uA):KCV or 3uA or less(注:不同系列,不同規(guī)格的其系數(shù)不一致,K為常規(guī)系數(shù)--可變化 如:0.01CV,0.02CV C:電容容量,V:標(biāo)稱耐壓值)

and its measuring conditions are the same as the capacitance.
2)The tan show higher values as a measuring frequency increases and a measuring temperature decreases.
3)Leakage current:The dielectric of a capacitor has a very high resistance which prevents the flow of DC current.however,due to the characteristics of the aluminum oxide layer that functions as a dielectric in contact with electrolyte,a small amount of current,called leakage current,will flow to reform and repair the oxide layer while a volgage is being applied.
