NAME OF JOB HOLDER :  
整體性目標
OVERALL OBJECTIVE : Maintain& implement ELK Drive together with Global PCM, and assist in Electrification PCM daily operation.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILIT職責:
維護并確保變頻器在生命周期內(nèi)的各項技術改進的順利執(zhí)行.
Maintains and make sure all the improvement actions to be implemented smoothly within the life time of VVVF drive.

對變頻器的改進設計,測試,生產(chǎn)和故障分析提供技術支持,向其他相關部門提供變頻器產(chǎn)品技術支持;
Provide technical support for VVVF drive design, test, manufacture and root cause analysis.

幫助質量反饋部門收集,分析質量反饋數(shù)據(jù).
Coordinate with quality department for both  collect and analysis drive quality data.

協(xié)助研發(fā)部門順利推出新的變頻器.Coordinate with R&D for new VVVF drive design and implementation.

協(xié)助采購部門進行變頻器國產(chǎn)化
Coordinate with Sourcing/SQM for localization.

職位要求
Requirements:
Education Background:
l 電機,電氣自動化,機電一體化或相關專業(yè)本科以上學歷;
l Bachelor or above degree with Motor, Electrical Automation, Integration of Mechanics and Electrics or other related education background.
.
Experience:
l 要有5年以上相關工作經(jīng)驗,三年以上變頻器硬件設計的經(jīng)驗
Professional knowledge of VVVF drive technology, especially hardware related experience.
At least 5 years related work experience and minimal 3 years in hardware design of VVVF drive.
l 熟悉電機原理;
Familiar with motor principle
l 出色的溝通能力和團隊精神;
Strong communication ability and team work spirit.
l 良好的中英文水平;
Good command of Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
l 有變頻器制造和項目管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先. .
Experience of VVVF drive and project management is preferred.
