800w逆變器燒輸出整流二極管
小弟現(xiàn)在做一款800W逆變器,前面用的IC是7500,后面是9701,輸出整流管用的是8只5408,但加載600W負(fù)載帶30分鐘就燒整流管.不知是什么原因?qū)е?希望各位在這方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的DX指點(diǎn)指點(diǎn)

還用哪種型號(hào)的管比5408還快呀?
我是用的這種管,本來是pfc后的續(xù)流管,但可以用,都是高頻高壓管.
