我的節(jié)能燈是怎么了,炸的面目全非了

我們公司是生產(chǎn)節(jié)能燈的,在做了一個(gè)外單時(shí),工作電壓為110V  60Hz ,我們開始在設(shè)計(jì)的時(shí)候磁環(huán)選用的是10*5*6的,2:6:2  5K,但是在老化的時(shí)候幾乎全部炸掉,三極管的瞬間溫度可達(dá)到150°以上,線路板元器件幾乎全部燒壞,設(shè)計(jì)的功率在15W到25W之間的全螺管徑為Φ12,實(shí)際功率已做到80%,現(xiàn)在不明白問題的所在,還望大家能指點(diǎn)一二.謝謝!

線路調(diào)試的實(shí)驗(yàn)不夠,現(xiàn)在老化炸機(jī)總好過在客戶那邊炸,必要的設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證可千萬不能省

在110V中你是用單電解還是倍壓線路的,是在低壓炸,還是高壓炸.
