輸入電壓絕對(duì)值高過Vd30+0.7+0.7+0.7時(shí), 才有輸出.
輸入可以是交流信號(hào).

T2_5和T2_6端電壓為7~8V, S端接DB3.

頂樓的電路到底是什么?我昨天分明是分析錯(cuò)了(輸入與輸出混淆、放大與開關(guān)不明了)!
