工作流程說明：空治具進(jìn)入產(chǎn)品裝入工位→人工裝入產(chǎn)品→前段測試→老化測試→ATE測試→高壓測試→良品/不良品取出分類放置→空治具進(jìn)入尾端升降機(jī)→底層空治具返回輸送線→前端升降機(jī)→產(chǎn)品裝入治具工位
