   以21V63W  反激式開關(guān)電源的設(shè)計(jì)過程為例作較為詳細(xì)的說明,公式的全過程不需要單 位換算,只要跟著公式的每一步計(jì)算程序進(jìn)行演算,均可順利完成你的計(jì)算任務(wù)。非常適合初學(xué)者“摸石頭過河”。由于本人水平有限,出錯(cuò)在所難免,歡迎大家批評指正!  

  

輸入電壓:175-264VAC                                                                                  

輸出電壓:21V  

輸出電流:3A  

輸出功率Po 63W  

頻率設(shè)定在60KHz  

占空比初步定在0.45  

反饋電壓取14.5V  

反饋電流取100Ma

變壓器計(jì)算                                          

  

一.挑選磁芯。  

   考慮成本因素在此選擇PC40 材質(zhì),查PC40 資料得                                    

   Bs=0.39T        Br=0.06T  

   ^B=Bs-Br=0.39T-0.06T=0.33T  

    為了防止磁芯的瞬間出現(xiàn)磁飽和,我取低  

   ^B 值,即0.33T*0.6=0.198T(取0.2T)  

   

用AP 法計(jì)算磁芯  

     

   AP=[(Po/^n+Po)*1000]/2*^B*Fs*1000*J*Ku)  

   AP=[(63W/0.8+63W)*1000]/(2*0.2*60KHz*1000*400*0.2)                              

   AP=0.738(mm4)  

    公式中  

^B 是效率取0.8  

Fs 開關(guān)頻率60KHz  

J  電流密度取400(A/cm2)  

Ku 銅窗系數(shù)取0.2  

                                                                                                             

根據(jù)上圖,我選擇大于計(jì)算AP 值的磁芯EE3528                                        

相關(guān)參數(shù)是:  

Ae=84.8mm2        AP=1.3398cm4  

Aw=158mm2          AL=2600nH/H2  

  

                                         

  

二.為了適應(yīng)突變的負(fù)載電流,我把電源設(shè)計(jì)在臨界電流模式。              

臨界電流IoB=0.8*Io=0.8*3A=2.4A  

                                                                                                                      

   1.最小輸入電壓Vimin                ViACmin*1.2=210V  

   2.匝比n=[Vimin/(Vo+Vf)]*[Dmax/(1-Dmax)]  

           n=[210V/(21V+1V)]*[0.45/(1-0.45)]  

           n 7.8  

   3.副邊峰值電流^IsB=2*IoB/(1-Dmax)  

                           ^IsB=2*2.4A/(1-0.45)  

                           ^IoB=8.72A  

   4.  次級電感Ls=(Vo+Vf)*(1-Dmax)*[1/(Fs*1000)]/^IsB*1000000  

                         Ls=(21V+1V)*(1-0.45)*[1/(60KHz*1000)]/8.72A*1000000  

                         Ls=23.58Uh  

   5.  原邊電感Lp=n*n*Ls  

                         Lp 7.8*7.8*23.58uH  

                         Lp=1434uH  

   6.  計(jì)算連續(xù)模式時(shí)的副邊峰值電流.                                                                

   ^Isp=Io/(1-Dmax)+(^IsB/2)  

   ^Isp=3A/(1-0.45)+(8.72A/2)  

   ^Isp=9.81A  

   7.  計(jì)算連續(xù)模式時(shí)的原邊峰值電流.  

   ^Ipp   ^Isp/n  

   ^Ipp=9.81A/7.8  

   ^Ipp=1.257A  

     

   三.匝數(shù)計(jì)算.  

1.  原邊匝數(shù)Np=Lp*^Ipp/(^B*Ae)  

                Np=1434uH*1.257A/(0.2*84.8)  

                Np=106.28T  

取整Np=106T  

2.副邊匝數(shù)Ns=Np/n  

                    Ns=106T/7.8  

                    Ns=13.58T  

取整Ns=14T    

3.反饋匝數(shù)Nv=(Vcc+Vf)/[(Vo+Vf)/Ns]  

                    Nv=(14.5V+1V)/[(21V+1V)/14T]                                                    

                    Nv=9.87T  

取整Nv=10T  

  

四.計(jì)算磁芯的空氣間隙。  

Ig=Np*Np*0.000001256*Ae/(Lp/1000)  

Ig=106T*106T*0.000001256*84.8/(1434uH/1000)  

Ig=0.83mm  

  

五.線徑.  

1.  原邊線徑.  

有效電流Iprms=Po/^n/Vimin  

                Iprms=63W/0.8/210V  

                Iprms=0.375A  

線徑  

                                                                                     dwp=1.13*0.3                                          J  電流密度取4(A/mm2)  

dwp=0.339mm  

用兩根直徑0.18mm 的漆包線并繞.  

2.次級線徑.  

                                                                                                dws=1.13*0.886                                      J  電流密度取4(A/mm2)  

dws=1.0mm   

用4 根直徑0.25mm 的漆包線并繞.  

  

六.電流趨膚深度計(jì)算.  

                                                                                              

^I=76.5/244.9  

^I=0.31mm  

核對dwH=^I*2*0.9  

        dwH=0.558mm  

多股并繞時(shí)的線徑必須小于或等于dwH 值,單線繞制時(shí),線徑如果超過dwH 值就要考慮采用多股并繞。

       保險(xiǎn)絲選擇F2A250V  

      式中Kr 值是4.44046

2.  輸入慮波電容計(jì)算.

C=Vo*Io*[2*3.14/f*(Vimin/3.14/3.14-4.44)]  

C=21*3*[2*3.14/50*(175/3.14/3.14-4.44)]  

C=105.2Uf  

  

最大施加電壓  

VH=Vimax*1.414                                                                                                

VH=264*1.414  

VH=373.2V  

 電容選擇100uF400V  

  

     2.    工頻整流管計(jì)算.  

     3.    啟動(dòng)電阻計(jì)算.  

     4.    額定電流計(jì)算  

     5.    功率開關(guān)計(jì)算.  

     6.    振蕩頻率計(jì)算  

     7.    輸出整流管計(jì)算.                                                                      

     8.    整流管RC 吸收支路計(jì)算.  

     9.    輸出慮波電容計(jì)算.  

    10.  輸出電感計(jì)算.  

    11.  TL431 外圍元件計(jì)算.  

    12.  RCD 尖峰吸收支路計(jì)算.  

    13.  電流檢測電阻計(jì)算.

感覺還是不嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),就第一步上來就選用pc40的,為什么要這樣選呢?為什么不選EI,EE或者EC呢?為什么要選40而不是35,30,呢?!猒—,見到就想吐槽一下,這幾天查怎么設(shè)計(jì)變壓器查瘋了
