加州法令的能源等級(jí)新規(guī)格(06年7月版附件)已出臺(tái),產(chǎn)品在設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)簽時(shí)除了要標(biāo)示等級(jí)3,4標(biāo)志以外,如果只測(cè)115V或230V測(cè)不過(guò)的情況下,還要在標(biāo)志的右側(cè)有"115V"的標(biāo)志

看到感到有些奇怪, 再對(duì) CCR 1601 才發(fā)現(xiàn), 自己讀標(biāo)準(zhǔn)又只讀一半.
1607 Marking of appliance
1607 (d)(9)(i)(a) 及 (b)
“III” for those models certified under Section 1606 as complying with the standards effective January 1, 2007 for external power supplies used with laptop computers, mobile phones, printers, print servers, scanners, personal digital assistants (PDAs), and digital cameras. Effective July 1, 2007 for external power supplies used with wireline telephones and all other applications as indicated in Table U-1 of this Article, but not as complying with the standards effective July 1, 2008 in Table U-2 of this Article. For models that are able to operate at both 115 volts/60 Hz and 230 volts/50 Hz, but show compliance only at 115 volts, the Roman numeral “III” marking
shall include a reference to “115V”, as shown in the following example: III 115V.
b. “IV” for those models certified under Section 1606 as complying with the standards effective July 1, 2008 in Table U-2 of this Article. For models that are able to operate at both 115 volts/60 Hz and 230 volts/50 Hz, but show compliance only at 115 volts, the Roman numeral “IV” marking shall include a reference to “115V”, as shown in the following example: IV 115V
之前只看了 1605 (u)(3) The efficiency in the active mode of power supplies when tested at 115 volts at 60 Hz. 就誤以為只要測(cè) 115 V 就 OK. 不需變動(dòng)標(biāo)示.

另請(qǐng)問(wèn)大家有沒(méi)有發(fā)現(xiàn)可以一次性判斷產(chǎn)品是否符合CEC的儀器?或者有沒(méi)有誰(shuí)能提供生產(chǎn)中測(cè)試CEC的好辦法?

知道是按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)去測(cè).但想想分別帶100%,75%,50%,25%負(fù)載要測(cè)試負(fù)載電壓,電流,然後還要計(jì)算效率.我想沒(méi)有哪個(gè)廠在生產(chǎn)拉上會(huì)這麼去測(cè)試,因?yàn)榛ㄔ跍y(cè)試上的時(shí)間太多了.是否有專(zhuān)門(mén)為CEC開(kāi)發(fā)的儀器,可以測(cè)出平均效率,而不必去算.
請(qǐng)教一下,CEC寬電壓不是兩者都要通過(guò),不管是115還是230,如果其中有一無(wú)法通過(guò)就不能發(fā)報(bào)告的嗎,為何與樓主的講法不一樣.望賜教,謝謝!!!
