如果你的DVD需要的功率大于25W而小于60W,NCP1200+MOSFET是一很好的組合,同時(shí)如需更大的功率,只需將NCP1200改為NCP1216,MOSFET功率加大即可.如功率小于25W可采用ST VIPER22A或ON NCP1014AP065,主要特點(diǎn)是集成為MOSFET與PWM,本人認(rèn)為在相同的價(jià)格基礎(chǔ)上NCP1014AP065更具有優(yōu)勢(shì),因?yàn)槠銶OSFET的耐壓高于VIPER22A 100V.
