請(qǐng)教一個(gè)Fire Enclosure的問(wèn)題!!
我的產(chǎn)品在申請(qǐng)UL60065時(shí),Rating為120V,30W.塑料外殼的材料需要V-1以上嗎?標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在哪里有說(shuō)到?請(qǐng)大家?guī)兔?謝謝!!

依 UL 60065 :
20.2 FIRE ENCLOSURE
20.2.1 DU Each of the following shall be contained in a FIRE ENCLOSURE:
(1) circuits and their associated components where the AVAILABLE POWER exceeds 15 W,
(2) inductors and windings CONDUCTIVELY CONNECTED TO THE MAINS, and
(3) apparatus with open circuit voltages exceeding 4 kV (peak) a.c. or d.c., under normal operating conditions.
The
FIRE ENCLOSURE shall comply with the flammability category in table 22 according to UL 94 or UL 746C as specified.
Polymeric:
a) apparatus using high voltage components a
MAJOR ENCLOSURE PART V-0
Parts other than MAJOR ENCLOSURE PARTS V-1 or V-0
b) commercial audio STATIONARY APPARATUS and PERMANENTLY CONNECTED APPARATUS 5VA
c) other than apparatus itemized in a) and b) above a V-2, V-1 or V-0

沒(méi)人回復(fù),我來(lái)回復(fù)一下,希望沒(méi)說(shuō)錯(cuò).
A)使用高壓元件的設(shè)備或儀器的外殼主體部分要用V-0級(jí)或以上的材料,其它部分要用V-1級(jí)或V-0級(jí)以上的材料.
B)商用固定式或永久連接式音頻設(shè)備或儀器要用5VA或以上的材料.
C)其它設(shè)備或儀器要用V-2級(jí)或V-2級(jí)以上的材料.
A)中的高壓是指4KV AC/DC以上.
建議參考IEC60065:第20.2.1條,很清楚的說(shuō)明.

據(jù)我所知,UL的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)里,關(guān)于enclosure的要求,都統(tǒng)一跟從UL746C(可能一些與IEC合并的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)例外). 根據(jù)UL746C,凡>42.4V peak voltage (30 V RMS)的電壓都視為可能導(dǎo)致著火或觸電.
3.34 RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK – A risk of electric shock is considered to exist at any part if,
a) The potential between the part and earth ground or any other accessible part is more than
42.4 V peak, and
b) The continuous current flow through a 1500 ohm resistor connected across the potential
exceeds 0.5 mA.
3.35 RISK OF FIRE – A risk of fire is considered to exist at any two points in a circuit where;
a) The open circuit voltage is more than 42.4 V peak and the energy available to the circuit
under any condition of load including short circuit, results in a current of 8 A or more after 1
minute of operation, or
b) A power of more than 15 watts can be delivered into an external resistor connected between
the two points.
3.34 RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK – A risk of electric shock is considered to exist at any part if,

在UL60065-1999中,只說(shuō)明了防火外殼的分類和厚類要求要遵循UL746C和UL94,并沒(méi)有說(shuō)60065防火外殼的適用條件和UL746C相同.
