工作職位：Job ID 5960BR - System Engineer (location: Shanghai R&D center)
工作地點：上海研發(fā)中心
工作職責(zé)：
· Work with customers, sales/marketing and IC Design teams to define next generation IC for Automotive
Power products. Main product focus is automotive power drivers, i.e. integrated high/low side drivers,
pre-FET drivers for automotive ECU, such as, Body control module, Transmission control, Engine control
and other safety and non-safety applications. Secondary product focus is automotive LDO and LED
Drivers.
· Support WW sales and FAE for various new product RFQs and evaluate opportunities from business and
technical perspective.
· Develop competitive roadmaps and presentation material for product promotion
· Drive sales and Distribution channel to promote product WW.
· Develop total system solution based on TI products.
· Need to work across organizations and collaborate well.
· Domestic and WW travels will be needed.
申請人基本要求：
- At least 3-5 years of semiconductor related experience.
- Strong working knowledge of analog ICs and hardware design.
- Experience with IC product proposal or definition; Working experience in power driver or experience in
automotive semiconductor systems and application roles are a plus
- Great interpersonal and customer interaction skills, solid communication skills (written and
presentation).
- Outstanding ability of self-management and attain goal under pressure. Positive attitude. Attention to
details.
- Excellent lab skill
- Strong ability to identify problems and find solutions
- Excellent oral and writing skill in English
- Ability to manage and prioritize several projects at once.
- Ability to work across disciplines with our organization.
- Ability to influence without authority
