2024 年 6 月 20 日，日本東京訊 ― 全球半導(dǎo)體解決方案供應(yīng)商瑞薩電子（以下“瑞薩”，TSE：6723）今日宣布，已于2024年6月20日完成對(duì)氮化鎵（GaN）功率半導(dǎo)體全球供應(yīng)商Transphorm, Inc.（以下“Transphorm”，Nasdaq：TGAN）的收購(gòu)。隨著收購(gòu)的完成，瑞薩電子將立即開(kāi)始提供基于GaN的功率產(chǎn)品和相關(guān)參考設(shè)計(jì)，以滿(mǎn)足對(duì)寬禁帶（WBG）半導(dǎo)體產(chǎn)品日益增長(zhǎng)的需求。
